At Born Primitive, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Return or Exchange

  Indicate whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely package your items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange gear.
